Hi, I'm a 26 year old male. Had problems with acne since I was about 13. Went on Lymecycline aswell as duac once daily cream around a year ago, mostly cleared up, but what I have noticed is alot of enlarged pores, marks, and I have severely oily skin, mainly my nose, cheeks and forehead, I also have a lump, maybe 2, unsure about the other one, on my nose which has grew quite a bit lately, has anyone else's skin started to look bad after years of this rubbish?

Getting myself all worried that these lumps on my nose are the early signs of something like rhinophyma, especially with all my black heads, and the continuous production of oil. Anyone else have a continuously oily nose?

Increase your vitamin intake mainly A, C, E and zinc.

Zinc didnt do anyting for my acne, and i was on that for 5 months, 150mg daily
