I have been to a dermatologist and was prescribed augmentin twice a day which did vastly improve it, but I developed a staph infection being on it month after month. I'm trying the regimen again, the AHA lotion burns a bit but I will muddle through it I suppose. Anyway here is more or less what I'm dealing with IMAG0025.jpg

Not an expert, but to me they look like inflamed pimples. Yeah.
