If you need to know anything else, I'm 20, Male, Healthy and currently only use a manuka honey moisturiser with perhaps some vitamin e oil at night. I only stopped getting acne 2 months ago when I took was prescribed Doxycycline. I'm just left with this redness, I never popped any of my spots either.

The way I try to fight my acne:
- Drink water as often as you can
- Avoiding washing you face for several days ( it might sound weird but give it a try ! )
- Eat around 4-5 times per day ( no junk foods, as healthy as you can )
- Before you go to sleep do some stretching, pump your heart a little, try not to go sweaty !
- Before going to sleep apply some lemon juice and LEAVE it there ! Just once per week
- Try avoiding doing * the thing * teens do, it screwes up your hormones.
Try this for 2-3 weeks, it has done pure magic to my face !

I always found it so strange how the rest of my face and body never got acne at all but my forehead seemed to love it. The only frustrating thing about it is I have a massive forehead! More room for spots!
Anyway thank you. I have taken everything you have all said into consideration. Wish me luck!

Currently I wash my face once a day and use an antiseptic Savlon moisturiser with bio oil.
Will provide more updates when I see progress.
Edit - Forgot to attach pic lol (((((((:

Oh, pretty useless me telling you, man. Doubt you have the same skin type as me.
Fuck I'm so oily. If the US knew how oily my skin was they'd pull out of Afghanistan.
Anyway have another sexy pic. I don't wanna sound like a bitch whining about this acne bullshit but GODDDDAAAMNNN.
Can't believe nearly 2000 people have viewed this thread and only a few replied. Pretty fucking heart broken actually

Hello, I just joined this site and I'd like to help you and many more with acne prone skin. I've suffered with acne since I was 18 and due to my ignorance back them, those pimples became big dark spots, trust me my life was a nightmare for 3 years, this skin affection may not kill yourself but it certainly affects your social life because it is a disease pretty much everyone can see, it's not like a tumor which no one would know you are sick until you actually tell them. Well, whatever I'm 22 now and I'm finally cured, of course I get a few break outs from time to time, but now I know what I have to do to clear the area again.
Okay, now let's talk about your problem, first of all, I'd like to know what's your daily skin care regimen to determine where you are mistaken. I read the whole post and I can see you don't sleep well and what's even worst, you like to drink alcohol, this is completely a NO-NO and you should correct this aspect of your life to let your system repair itself, meaning sleep at least 7-8 hours and drink a lot of water, I know this because I usually get an inflammation when I'm stressed and tired. It is also known that you tend to get pimples in your forehead area due to bad digestion, specially when you eat late at night, which is why I recommend to eat more fruits and vegetables and avoid rich spicy foods as mush as you can, you also may be lactose intolerant, so stop consuming milk and cheese.
I think this is enough for now, I'll keep an eye on this post waiting for your reply. Cheers! ![]()
