Yeh the cleaning product, it says on the label that it can be used on spots... :(

Dettol is not proven for acne. It may cause contact dermatitis and in the long run bacterial resistance. Don't use it!

What she said. If it's strong enough to clean your house it probably shouldn't go on your face.

Lucasbomb, I occasionally get mild eczema on my hands and I find that one of the things that aggravates it is contact with detttol or any other form of detergent. I certainly would not recommend using it on your face on a regular basis.
