I used it last night... is this good or bad idea?
Am -
Clinique blemish solution foam wash
Oxy natural skin science sea weed calm balm moistruiser

PM -
Same as AM

Also use Neutrogena acne face mask once or twice a week
Oxy natural skin emergency spot gel when I get a real angry red spot.

Yeh the cleaning product, it says on the label that it can be used on spots... :(

Dettol is not proven for acne. It may cause contact dermatitis and in the long run bacterial resistance. Don't use it!

What she said. If it's strong enough to clean your house it probably shouldn't go on your face.

Lucasbomb, I occasionally get mild eczema on my hands and I find that one of the things that aggravates it is contact with detttol or any other form of detergent. I certainly would not recommend using it on your face on a regular basis.
