Hi guys
Just thought Id share my story and cure in case it helps somebody else out there. Its taking me agaes to write this cus I wanted to be sure it was the cure and didnt want to temp fate by writing it as I have semi cured myself before and then acne returned, not this time!

First I have always had very mild acne but my acne became moderate/severe with cysts afte taking the pill for a year and then being given a year of antibiotics by my derm, oh the regrets.

I tried everything for the last four years, I mean everything! I was so depressed I have hidden away and lost many friends and nearly ruin my relationship. I part cured myself when I used a very potent fish oil capsule along with a supplement called perfectil and an amazing probiotic called

This had me totally clear and radiant, I glowed for 6 months but then stopped working. Worst still my hair had broken off and has never been the same. I also sunbathed for two weeks on holiday and developed melasma, a dark patch like a moutashe which now causes my daily grief, therefore I warn you please never sunbathe!! Its really common and I believe it may be due to the hormones in the fish oil. My hormones changed when I took the fish oil, my period became regular the light and I didnt get any PMT! All good but I have stoped taking it because of the melasma. My period have remained regular a year later. Anyway Im side tracking but thought you should know this!

Anyway my best discovery is a product called Skinceuticals Age and Blemish defense. As with all things it may not suit you but I urge you to try it as It might be the thing that saves you! Its not cheap at 70 english pounds but its worth every penny, please check its reviews on this site and google its website.

Im pretty clear now, one or two tiny spots a week max.
I also discovered sugar gives me whiteheads and yeast give my cysts, when I cut these totally out and gluten along with the skinceuticals I acne free.

Pleae try this!
Now all I have to do is get rif of my melasma, thats a whole new issue!!

Your post has some very valuable information- but something about it- excuse my pun- is a little bit "fishy." You have made three posts so far- and each one is recommending a different product like a direct advertisement. So either you just rarely come to the forums and you post random cures every time you do so, or you in fact are just a really good paid writer who sounds quite believable

Hi veteran, thanks for your reply. thought Id write back as Id hate to think somebody might miss this thinking Im selling something. I have visited acne.org so many times in the last few years its been a life save when Ive been depressed. I thought Id cured myself before, but that didnt work out, I dont think I posted that tho. I posted about curing my body acne, It a deffo read if you have body acne. Im not really one for a write up as I read more than anything on here so I have only posted what works, which has only been the skincauticals and the body cure which was Nizarol and an antifungal cream. Other things that made a massive difference were quiting sugar, bread and yeast. I have so many theries on acne as probably like yourself Ive done almost daily research here. I dont think skincauticals would need to employ people to write up for them, they sort up carry a quiet profile, it took me ages to even find out about it. Please read some of the reviews here on acne.org. I cant say if it works for everybody but its changed my life after years of lotions and potions and crying at the doctors so if you can afford to try it for 70 pounds it might change your life. If not I hope you find something, i feel your pain

I would also add, I only wrote about curing body acne, my other mesage was a reply about somebody elses cure of which I mention no product. Its sad that we are so cynical because of all the fake write ups. I will write more about my routine if it helps anybody but I would totally quit the sugar if I were you

Reading it back, it does sound like Im writing for a company! lol because I wrote it so fast as Im alwasy so tired from work. Kinda suffer adrenal fatique (self diagnosed at the mo!) thinks my adreanals might be the actual acne problem so Ill post more on this as I find out.
As the blemish solution only controls it Im still sreaching for the underlying cause.
I also have melasma (dark skin moutsache) Hurutism (cant spell this) fatique, candida symptoms. I think it all be linked to the thyroid.

Heres a little more of why
Sugar makes me feel a little sick, i can only manage a little block of chocolate before I feel sickly. I looked and this can be a sign of a thyroid problem.
Im always tired, as a child my mum took me to a specialist cus I slept so much.
Excess hair can actually be related to insulin resistance (again the thyroid).
Obviuosly the thyroid has alot to do with our hormones.
Also Im really skinny despite always eating. It used to be so bad everybody thought I had anorexia as a child. I met a woman on holiday who had the same problem and she had an overactive thyroid.
Anyway thats just the surface of what Im now looking into. I thought purhaps I had too much testoterone but I was tested for that and it came back fine so thats what made me rethink.
If you have any thoughts Id like to hear them?

Ok you have to follow this tips for preventing. because you have to carefull about the acne.

Don't wash the acne affected area more then 2 times in a day and wash it with a light soap or skin cleanser and a light warm water. Do not try to clean out blackheads or squeeze the spots. don't use make on effected area because it can make them worse.

I thought I would give an update with my routine using Skincueticals. I couldnt see a way of removing this post but I wanted to warn people reading this post that after a year of using the the Blemish and age defense solution twice daily I would not reccomend this level of use to anybody else. It kept me clear pretty much and spots healed much quicker when I did get them but it is too harsh to use all over twice daily. It stripped my skin and in the end caused alot of redness, I even think that it has purhaps caused a few wrinkles that werent there before.

I would now say use on specific spots or problem areas.  I now use it this way more occasionally.

I have found Using Thayers witch hazel and rose toner really great after removing my make up with an organic wet wipe. I wash with Jason organic apricot scrub. I use just concealer by bareminerals on specific spots rather than concealer.

I Take perfectil skin tablets, Minami fish oil (I was using their platinum but it was too strong), evening primrose, and a probiotic.

I dont eat gluten (if I can help it ) as this is what causes cysts for me and I know if I eat any form of sugar Ill get white heads.

I increased my fibre by sprinkling flax onto granola or porridge.

Overall Im fairly clear with this routine, so im finding I dont need the Blemish solution anyway. I hope this helps somebody else.
