I would say Isolaz, though there doesn't seem to be much scientific evidence I could find for "active acne". Most of the research related to acne has been dedicated to treating acne scars. Have you been researching lasers on your own or did someone recommend trying lasers?

Generally ND:YAG is used for spider veins.
