So I have been on Spiro (Spironolactone) for just over two months, using the regimen for two weeks with Dan's BP (Love it) and Cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser. I haven't eaten Wheat, Dairy, Sugar, Soya or Gluten for four months an yet my skin keeps going in circles.
Ill think it getting better about a week to two weeks after my period then ill break out (again, ugh) in different places than previous breakouts while places I have Hyper pigmentation will stay bumpy and keep breaking out on top of them.
I also went to my Doctor today to talk about gong on a BCP but she just prescribed me Eurthromicin gel/Zinc acetate and Lymecycline
AGHHHHHHH.

What am I doing wrong?!?! Should I take the Lymecycline? The gel?
If anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated.

From my experience (Im 30 yrs old and have tried every product - both internal and external) Diet has no effect on acne (for me) and no matter what product you use, you'll always get acne ( in my experience) Accutane being the only real answer (with side ffects and all)
