I only have had the laser once, but I found the Menlo Dermatology Medical Group to be very competent. They have a nurse there called Sherry Whitnack and all she does is lasers for the last several years. She was recommended to me by my derm and I think she took my concerns very well and was patient and kind with me. So that is my two cents, I hope everything works out well for you.
