i cant really consider my acne bad, my face just has alot of red spots on it they seem like the are all under my skin. i get a few that break through the surface and turn into white heads.. any way i was put on doxy about a week ago, taking 100mg twice a day.. how long do u typically need to wait before seeing results. i hope it clears up the redness under my skin, which i assume is from pimples that are trapped under my skin and inflammed

Depending on the severity of your acne, typically a week or two. It depends on the person also. Where are your pimples located? If they're on your chin, you need to adopt a regimen quick to start nipping it in the bud. Because cystic acne is no joke and typically continues to worsen. I have a couple of suggestions also, if you're interested in a hollistic approach.
