I have what seems to be blackheads all over my rose running down my face and on my forehead. However they don't seem like normal ones. They seem to be large pores that are clogged. Anywhere that is affected with them is always very red, oily, and dries out very easily. I'm 19 now and they have been present since I was around 13, but they seem to be getting worse and spreading to larger areas. Nothing I do seems to affect them at all (I've used tropical creams, many face washes, perscribed acne pills,etc.). Other than this I generally havevery mild acne. I've never seen anything that is quite like what I am experiencing, and was wondering if anyone knew something about it.

Stop touching, washing, scrubbing, ex-foliating, or interacting with your face.
Stop all products, lotions, cream, medications, excessive sun exposure etc.
Splash water on your face twice a day; morning and night.
Repeat until your skin normalizes. (Mine took about a year)

Yep, this looks like typical Rosacea. Are you using something new in your skincare routine? Harsh ingredients like benzoyl peroxide, BHA and AHAs can cause this, and basically any surfactants like SLS.
