I'm thinking of using it every day, leaving it on for maybe 10 minutes or so, and then rinsing it off. Is it safe to do this on a daily basis? I know that lemon juice is a mild acid, but the few times I've used it in the past, it has left my skin looking refreshed and somewhat smoother. So I want to know if it can be used on a daily basis.

And by "lemon juice" I'm referrring to juice squeezed from an actual lemon, not the "lemon juice" sold in a bottle at grocery stores.

Lemon juice is AWESOME for general skin tone, fading dark spots, getting rid of dead skin, etc. I personally used to use this on a daily basis for a couple of weeks at night and leaving it on over night in order to fake dark spots and saw awesome results, it definitely does what it's supposed to. What exactly would you be using this for? If you were to use it on a daily basis use SPF, your skin is much more sensitive to the sun if you're using lemon on your face even if it's washed off, like I said I personally only used it because I was trying to get rid of dark spots, so I stopped using it once they faded, but if you're just using it to achieve a better complexion I would just use it 2-3 a week.

I used for about 2-3 weeks about 2-3 times a day leaving it for 10-15 minutes. Red spots started fading, doesn't seem like there is any damage or adverse effects.

I will try leaving it overnight probably and see how it goes.
