First off, this is not about an acne scar. I fell about 3 weeks ago and got a somewhat bad scrape on my chin from the pavement. It took about a week and a half to heal, no stitches. The NP I saw said it was 'very superficial'.
Now the scar from it is red, feels slightly sensitive to the touch. It doesn't FEEL or LOOK very raised, but when I put concealer on it, it looks SLIGHTLY raised. It is very unnoticeable with concealer on, like no one would be able to see that it looks slightly raised without scrutinizing it up close. I'm just confused whether or not it's hypertrophic. And, will it flatten out more over time?
