Hey guys I just wanted to share this. I know it's difficult and time consuming to find good things to eat that are good for your skin and won't cause the blood sugar spikes that cause acne. This makes a good (quick) and healthy breakfast smoothie.
1/3 to 1/2 cup frozen pumpkin (I used Libby's canned for convenience and put it in the freezer overnight - fresh would be better if you can!)
1 to 2 Tbs Omega 3 fortified Peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Dash of Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves
Voila, Thanksgiving in a glass.
Fun fact: 1/2 cup pumpkin gives you 280% of your daily vitamin A!
Let me know if you try it! Enjoy!

I also wanted to add that you could also do a drop of natural vanilla or stevia if it's not sweet enough for you. Personally, the natural sugar in the PB is enough for me. I would also recommend using the Smart Balance Omega 3 and not the Planters version which contains hydrogenated oil. The SB pb is all natural.
I actually had this for breakfast yesterday and it was seriously amazing! It tasted like dessert
Try this!!!! And let me know what you think
