Dairy ..the Root Of All Evil...what Cured My Adult Acne.dairy

It's simple , but not easy , remove all dairy , the results were literally amazing , I was starting to forget a time when i had clear skin , when i started I had 6 painful under the skin pimples and now for the last 2 months have not had one. I have my clear face back and I couldn't be happier , no dairy is worth it 100% for me. Since I started I can even have a little bit of dairy every day as long as I don't go overboard. I wish I had taken pictures because I know it's a lot more convincing but I don't want even a single reminder of that time. If your pimples are red, inflamed and under the skin like mine please try no dairy it might be the solution to your acne problem. Hope this helps at least one person out there.

i never drink milk or eat yogurt however i do enjoy cheeses and ice cream and cream in my coffee (when i have one) so hopefully dairy is the trick.
im 28 now too and have had inflamed acne on my chin for about 2 years now. thought gluten removal was the answer but sounds like it might be dairy.

Please can anyone tell me how long it took/takes them going Dairy free before they notice their spots stop?
Is their is any kind of time scale etc?
I only ask as i have been Dairy free since last Sunday now, mainly for sinus type problems, but i haven't really noticed any difference with my spots yet, at first they seemed to be getting but hen i got some bad ones in my scalp yesterday.
Sinus is same as well - i'll try to give it another week at least, hopefully a month if i can.
I'm guessing that if people notice spots a few days after eating Dairy then mine must be caused by something other than Dairy because i haven't eaten any Dairy whatsoever since last Saturday.
Btw i have tried Gluten free for around 6 months before but it didn't make any difference and if i remember correctly i had some problems with rhinitis during that time hence me not bothering with gluten free for now.

Unfortunately i only lasted just over 2 weeks, my skin was showing no signs of improving and as i had a load of dairy that i hadn't brought myself to throw out yet, i ended up eating it all. I will probably try again for a bit longer but it isn't looking like the answer for me sadly.
Once you've had acne, or lost anything in general, you appreciate it so much more once it's back.
Enjoy life with clear skin!

Atleast lactose intolerance people can usually take a pill with the dairy food theyre about to consume
Great to hear you found your cure!
