i was wondering if someone could tell me what vitamins and supplements are best for acne i already take vitamin D3 and omega 3 fish oil. thanks help is very much appreciated

well it has helped me a lil bit and i was wondering if adding zinc would be a good idea

Zinc has always been the best supplement for me.

And I will continue to do so.

Zinc has always been the best supplement for me.

I take highly absorbable forms of zinc, magnesium and chromium. Before dinner I take glucomannan. Most days I take apo-cetirizine, an antihistimine.
