I've got alot of blackheads on my t zone and alot of blackheads on my back and shoulders the neck isn't alot and not alot on my chest that's about it.
I on my face I have around atleast 1000 if not more the worst is the nose becouse it's hard to count but it are atleast a few hundred i think 200 atleast on my back well i don't count those and neither do i on my chest but it's less then on my forehead
My blackheads are usually very small and so tiny you can't even get them out it's very hard to but it's very noticed by other people still so not that small i just have so many and I would like to get rid of them just like alot of people here.
I now don't notice too much that i get blackheads i really don't get any anymore from what i've seen the last year.
I don't see any blackheads coming up anymore and I really don't have alot of pimples or how you call it i've sometimes once in the month or every 2 months get one and it goes away easily so it doesn't bother me too much besides that i get a closed pimple (not sure how you call it) that happens every 2-4 months usually on my back or my head and well it doesn't look too much from the outside so i don't even notice it alot and it usually sticks around 1-2 weeks then disapears.
I don't think i've got acne that makes produces blackheads at the moment well i've got acne since i've got blackheads right but besides that there's no complaints whatsoever
So to sum it up I got minimal complaints about pimples and closed one etc anything besides blackheads I just have so many blackheads it's hard to count and if you've got any tips to help me get rid of them I would appreciate it.
Also anything cosmetic I don't feel like it would work i've tried something with acid in it or something b vitamins in it creme and it didn't worked at all no improvement or worsening.

I have blackheads all over my nose that refill after 1 day if I squeeze them. My skin has become really sensitive to harsh cleansers, so I really don't know how to get rid of them in a healthy way. Accutane should get rid of oil and blackheads, but it can give you so many horrible side effects...

One thing Id say is DONT Squeeze them, as much as you want to, dont, cause you will make it worse.

You ever went to a beauty specialist someone told me they can remove them all but I don't know so if you did and it didn't worked would help me not to waste my money.
Only the thick ones that i'm sure will go out of my skin i push them out and basically since i've done that about 5-6 months ago i've not seen any trick ones I haven't pushed on my nose or anything i know isn't gonna come out for years so I never really do that anymore.

Also for the first reply I don't have oily skin just blackheads alot of them
Also i'm probably not gonna be able to get that roaccutane becouse you need a prescription from a doctor and well he told me that he won't give it becouse my acne is only blackheads.
Maybe if i bribe him it'll work but I don't want to use accutane anyways becouse of the bad effects it can and probably will have just like you sayd.
Also I can't really squeeze 200 or more out of nose since they're so stuck in it but from what i've seen they don't really come back usually.

I see well I don't know I thought they could just remove them by putting presure on it and when they're all removed have a treatment so they dont't come back but seeing as you did these treatments eh i don't know.
I'm not very into these treatments becouse i've never had it but did any of them actually remove the blackheads? I mean did any remove the blackheads and if they did then did they came back?

Kind of suprised you didn't actually go to a beauty specialist i thought about going there but i'm mainly asking if anyone knew if they actually remove them and well if they come back that's another thing.

Would maybe be good for me since whenever I remove one blackhead it doesn't come back atleast that's how it is for me.
My main problem is that I just don't know how to get rid of them even if they would come back.
My skin is more dry then oily but that's just me.

Unfortunately I would love to also help you but if they come back then well I don't know i'm less experienced in it then you are probably.

Nah they didnt go away at all.
The micro cleans the surface, but doesnt get rid of the blackheads or pores. They say it does, but didnt for me and Ive had it done for 2 years now.

Then well you did do alot of treatments and well 2 years is a long time.
But maybe you should just visit a beauty salon and ask them for a treatment for ur blackheads and maybe they can remove them (I might do it too).
Not trying to sound like someone who knows everything with it but well i've read they can remove it atleast and they're expensive.
I've only tried creme which didn't do anything and well push them out myself which worked and well I just simply cannot do that with so many of them.

That's because you're probably using a cheaply formulated drugstore cleanser with only 2% acid in there. For a problem like yours you will need a series of professional salicylic acid peels at 20% or 30% acid level.

It's tretinoine 0.02% that's what I used.
So I didn't actually used salicylic acid.

Tretinoin is a retinoid, honestly I don't find that helps clogged pores as much as a salicylic acid peel.

A peel will make your face red for a day or two, but it's not bad.

I personally think not that i've used it once but that the only thing which is gonna stop acne coming back for a while is accutane or any similar products becouse acne is either hormones which develop in ur teenage years and you grow out when ur 25 or something or that it's inheritable.
So the only thing which can actually stop the hormones is a product which basically stops the hormones hehe well I don't know alot of it but basically all other products which simply remove it it will come back again very fast.
Accutane I believe can remove it if it's just hormones and not inheritable for atleast a few years and for most of the people who are 20 or something those few years should be enough to grow out of the acne itself but then again i'm not an expert.
But i know one thing for sure that if the couse itself is hormones or inheritable then a product which isn't designed to treat that cause isn't going to stop the acne from coming back very long.

I'm personally gonna maybe talk to a doctor for advice and maybe use some of these heavy products so my acne is gonna go away but well it's everyone's own decision but just don't expect miracles to happen with a product that's not stopping the actual cause.
