I have a black bump on my face and its feels kinda squishy and liquid filled. I have no idea what it is and how to treat it. Its only the size of a dime but I just have no idea what it is and what to do.

Have any of you experienced this? Please help its kinda scary since I've never seen this before

It sounds like it may be a cyst. They can be somewhat blood filled and may take a long time to resolve, although to me they usually appear dark purple rather than black. If you have access to a dermatologist, you may want to see if it needs injected to help it resolve quicker or find out exactly what it is.

Iv gotten like 6 cortisone shots in my life, each time they worked beautifully

You should get to a dermatologist to make sure that's not something non-acne related, such as a cancerous lesion.

Its so weird! I woke up today (2 days later) and its completely gone...didnt do anything different, just did the regimen as always. Very weird. But thanks everyone
