The most effective isolated spot treatment.. Which is the most effective treatment for ' on the spot ' directly .. Thank you to all for any input

I prefer lavender oil... I put it on any spots during the day, and then rub it into problem areas at night. It relieves redness and helps spots heal much much faster.

Tea tree oil.

Neutrogena On The Spot (benzoyl peroxide).

ProActiv Refining mask.
