I have been fasting for 30 days due to Ramadan. My eating habit had been a bit odd before. Since I exercise a lot (combination of cardio and pilates almost every day) I assumed that I had a high credit limit in terms of eating as long as I avoided junk food. (You can't imagine how strict I am about sugar and additive chemicals.) My stomach was a bottomless pit and I saw no harm in eating three portions of beans at once. And since the beginning of Ramadan ,nearly a month, I eat very little small portions in iftars(fast breaking meals at around 8.30 pm) to not to gain weight since I stopped working out. The big news I realised I don't get acne breakouts anymore for 3 weeks! Not counting one or two little pinky pimples. But it's totally OKAY. This is a huge progress for me.

Uhmm two more! I do a DIY mask/peeling from clay, lemon, sodium bicarbonate. The only difference is I don't just put it on my face and wait till it dries up. I harshly massage my face with it for about 2 minutes and ta taa blackheads are gone.. I swear. Then mousturize my skin generally with daphne oil or avocado oil or with an organic cream. Olive oil too sometimes.

Finally oatmeal mask works wonders for pampering your skin. It's just miraculous. Try it you'll see. Soak 1 tea spoon oats in 4 teaspoons of water for a couple mins. You can just use the water or blend them all and apply to your skin.
