Hi everyone,

I have rolling acne scars which I have had for about 10 years post accutane treatment which got rid of acne and oil but left unsightly scars (and some other side effects).

I was wondering how best to get rid of the redness INSIDE the scars? It bothers me most to be honest because it draws attention to the scarring.

Any ideas?

It is not like hyperpigmentation, that would be gone after 10 years. It is more like visible blood vessels under the skin which has been damaged from scarring...

try v beam. its a laser meant for redness in the skin that doesnt go away. i had redness in my scars also after accutane so i went for v beam and it took the redness away . give it a try

Does V-Beam help with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation?

yes. i had hyper pigmentation that wouldnt go away at all. v beam took care of that.
