I have big indented scars on the tip of my nose that are quite deep.

They are like deep ice pick scars so excision and punch grafts are supposed to be able to work. Unfortunately, many doctors have said they cannot do excision for me as it is on the tip of my nose which is very difficult to excise.

I also feel like lasers cant help much because the scars are quite deep.

Im losing hope and you guys should know that that is the most terrible feeling ever. Can someone please point me to some ways I can get my acne scars treated?

I looked at your other topic with pictures, and don't know what to recommend because they do appear deep. The one on the side appears wide, as well.. If every doctor is refusing to do excision, I would trust them. Acne scars on the nose are extremely difficult to treat, and you risk making your scars considerably worse trying a procedure like excision on your nose. You might see some improvement from laser treatment but it's hard to say. Keep in mind, I am not a doctor and am not qualified to make an evaluation of your scars. I am just giving you my personal opinion based on my limited knowledge. If I were you, I would give laser a try.

Out of curiosity, I did a search on Realself where doctors reply. I've heard nose scars are the most difficult to treat, but I've never actually researched options for it. Based on what I'm reading now, a surgical approach, like subcision, combined with some kind of filler may be a good option for you. You should consult with a couple facial plastic surgeons, who are board certified in Otolaryngology (aka Ears, Nose & Throat/ENT or Head/Neck surgeons) and have experience with treating scars on the nose.

While this person's scarring is caused by a nose piercing, the replies may be helpful to you:
