I've been using the regime for about 4 months now and I'm just absolutely amazed at the results. Currently I'm 100% clear, and I haven't had more than 1 or 2 spots for months now. Needless to say, I don't want to do anything to screw this up.

I'm going to Florida for a week, though, and don't know what to do about putting BP on in the morning. Usually we have breakfast and then go to the beach where I'm out in the sun for 5-6 hours (August midday sun in Florida...). I have a good sunscreen that I'll obviously be using, but should I skip the morning BP treatment? Would it be OK to do it a few hours before going to the beach (e.g. wake up, do regime right away, hang out during the morning like usual for breakfast and whatnot, then go to the beach)?

Just not sure what would be the best option. What do most of you do when you know you're going to be out in the sun for extended periods of time?

thanks :)

If youve got rid of all your acne mabye its a good chance to stop putting it on your face and see if anything happens.

Im not sure its something you should carry on putting on your face every day without no acne just incase it comes back as it may start to damage your skin in other ways.

But its up to you =)

I apply BP in the morning regardless of how long I'll be in the sun, followed by a moisturizer with sunscreen. I haven't experienced any irritation or sensitivity to sun exposure with Dan's BP (I even used to tan in a tanning bed with BP on my face before I became fanatical about sun protection). But if you feel like it's going to be an issue for you, then skip the BP in the morning and just apply it at night.

Personally, I would skip the BP in the morning since you know you'll be in the strong sunlight all day, and on the beach (where the sun is even stronger). BP makes your skin pretty sensitive to sunlight. I don't use my BP in the morning, only at night, and I haven't gotten any bad pimples in months. Also, use a very high SPF, because even using BP just at night makes your skin more sensitive. I use La Roche Posay SPF 60 and it works wonderfully!

I would definitely put on some sunscreen and this may be silly or obvious, but put on a fabulous hat? Those can be quite gorgeous on the beach!
