On Tuesday i developed a tiny pimple that by the next day became inflamed and was without a head -now four days later, despite putting an epsom salt pate on it - it is hard and red and big. It had a white head yesterday but today that seems to have disappeared. How can i naturally treat it so that it will either come to a head or go down and away.

Any help is appreciated. It seems i am gettting quite a few of these blind pimples lately - what is happening to me?

I used to have those some time ago, they eventually disappear but damn thet are so slow! Don't try to squeeze them though, it slows it down.
Nothing really helps, just wait.

Epsom salt seems to help people, as does aloe Vera, and a number of other topicals. Not popping anything definitely helps my skin heal faster, and without the PIH (or way less). I'm a pretty big fan of curcumin supplementation, since there's lots of double blind trials demonstrating it's efficacy.

What's in your digestive supplement? Do you take it just at the times in your signature? What kind of fish are you eating? How's your skin been over the past few months, any improvements?

I have been using the epsom salt and it turned my tiny pimple into a monster (i had started using it as a paste - skin irritation maybe). Right now i mixed epsom salt with hot water and i'm doing a hot compress which is making the cyst so red but is bringing on a tiny whitehead. The surrounding area of the whitehead is so red/purplish though.

There are too many things in my digestive supplements to list but i am on a new regimen(only about 2 weeks in). I take them before i eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Re Aloe Vera, i has a reaction when i spot tested it so i dont want to risk using it on my face.

I eat salmon.

Despite diet changes, exercise and reduced stress, my acne has not improved (and i've been doing cleaner eating since January and a paleo type diet since the end of May). I believe this current cyst/breakout could be due to doing epsom salt masks since Sunday -maybe my skin got super irritated.....just want to hide under a rock.

Don't worry it gets better i guarantee it, everyone goes through this period, no matter how hardcore you go you always get more spots. To make things easier you could supplement, zinc, vitamin E, vitamin D are famous for reducing acne to a large extent. Go on the reviews page and search these items and you will be motivated to try them. If i'm honest, i would bet on that there is something wrong with your gut. Have you been on antibiotics? Did you notice that your acne got gradually worse afterwards? That's what i noticed and i'm now following the gut diet. I've been talking to board members and they've been showing me pictures of the improvement after following this diet, when i say improvement, i mean it's gone. ( I'm not sure if you're already on this diet)
I can't say i'm certain that this will work. I won't say that until i'm absolutely sure. I'm just convinced that this is a massive factor for most people.
Once again i would really recommend that you drink 6 cups of green tea a day or take a similar supplement, it's like magic.

Yes this information is very broad, if you want more just leave a message and i'll tell you everything you need to know.
