I find it mad how people can still believe in god in this day and age.

I have to agree with you there. We've got all the scientific proof that is good enough to show that there aren't any existing deities out there. But if people still want to believe in a book of fairy tales, that's their deal. I may get chewed up for this in this forum, but I'm just being as honest as can be. I don't have a problem with people who believe, just don't impose your beliefs into me. Then we're in good shape.

Personally no I do not. I think there is a possibility of a creator but it would not be in the shape of the Christian god or similar.
If I had to describe my religious beliefs it would be agnostic atheist.

But to answer your question I don't fully know if I believe. Because we simply do not know at all if he's there or not. None of us have proof that he exists or that he doesnt exist.

Well, why don't you believe in God?

I never have really too be honest.

1 It just doesn't seem realistic or plausible.
2 Even if I did believe in god, why would you want to waste your life believing in something that may or may not exist, and even if he did, if he's that good why would he want you to waste your life worshipping him?
3 Science (wont go into details)
4 Why would he allow the world to be so fucked up.

Exactly, why would he allow so much suffering, Obviously acne is a MASSIVE problem to alot of us, me included, infact id go as far as to say I cant see my life ever been the same again if I dont solve this problem. but there is people experiencing far worse in this world. Starving in africa, torture in libya etc...But to me and you hating the way our faces look is SEVERE SUFFERING.

Religion was more than likely created to keep people in check and behaving themselves many years ago.

It just so happens its got passed down and people continue to believe in something so absurd, even with clear evidence suggesting otherwise.

Topic closed, this has nothing to do with the emotional and psychological effects of acne. Whether or not you believe in God, respecting each other and people's beliefs shouldn't be too hard.
