They sent me like auto message saying:
Unfortunately, we have not yet received notification of your returned package. We're notified of all returned packages once a week. If your products are on the list of returns for this week, I will issue your refund and send you an email to let you know that your return has been processed.
I was worry because it was already delivered according to USPS. I checked the address if I put it wrong, but it was correct, the same that they email me. I email them again last night, and they sent me the same email. I really don't know what to do. They don't want to give my money back. They don't even have a phone number where to call.
WHAT CAN I DO?????????
