One month ago I ordered the jojoba oil and the AHA+. I used it and I found out that I am allergic to AHA+ and the jojoba oil was breaking me out. I decided to returned them both. I send an email to returns@danielkern.com. They email me back with the RMA number to put outside the box. I send them both products with the address they gave me and the RMA number. I checked the tracking number from USPS and it notified me that the box was delivered on August 1st. I email them asking them to do the refund.
They sent me like auto message saying:
Unfortunately, we have not yet received notification of your returned package. We're notified of all returned packages once a week. If your products are on the list of returns for this week, I will issue your refund and send you an email to let you know that your return has been processed.

I was worry because it was already delivered according to USPS. I checked the address if I put it wrong, but it was correct, the same that they email me. I email them again last night, and they sent me the same email. I really don't know what to do. They don't want to give my money back. They don't even have a phone number where to call.

If I were you I'd be patient and just give it some time. I think the email sounds genuine and you will recieve your refund.

Did u look there number on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) ? They usually have all the business numbers.

The bbb's website I mean. Lol
