For some reason when I apply Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 45 it clumps up and starts flaking off. How can I prevent this? I started the DKR 3days ago using neutrogena on the spot treatment and lubriderm for a moisterizer until my shipment arrives. After the moisturizer sets I apply neutrogena over it, but it clumps into pieces ): and flakes off. Can I use this in place of my moisturizer? (my skin is starting to dry out from the BP and I need all the moister I can get)

Are you being VERY gentle to the point in which you're barely touching your skin? I find that the more gentle I am, the less I experience any flaking or clumps of skin coming off.
If you mean the moisturiser and not your skin, it may be a reaction to it mixing with the BP, try waiting a little longer for the BP to absorb into your skin before applying the moisturiser.
Hope this helps!
