Hey guys, I've had these little skin colored bumps for quite sometime and I want to finally deal with them, the pics are below but when I squeeze them out its like a string of puss, not very liquidy, just a long string of puss. Some that are on my chin are seriously impossible to get out and there isn't even an opening, and she i try to squeeze them out I just end up scarring my chin up even more. Ive tried just about everything from BP 10%, Salicylic Wash 2%, exfoliaters, and I'm currently doing 20% Salicylic Peels, I've done 3 of them in the past 2 weeks and haven't seen really any improvement except for the blackheads on my nose. I'm hoping someone has his problem and they know how to fix it..... Thanks.

You're on the right track with peels, but if they're really deep in the skin, you're going to need a few months of a retinoid. I had those for years, they finally came out with 3 months of Retin A. Differin was not strong enough to get them.

You can't get Retin A without a prescription, but you can get its "cousin" retinol in many products over the counter. RoC makes a good one and so does Oil of Olay.

I would also read this post: http://www.acne.org/...ld-be-a-fungus/
In some rare cases skin colored bumps are not clogged pores but a yeast/fungal problem.
