Is My Acne Severe?

My name is Gary, I am 23 years old and I currently work as a waiter. I do have a medical background as I suffer from Cystic Fibrosis and Cystic Fibrosis Related Diabetes.
For the past year I have started to get the odd spot on my face and chest until recently I have had a severe breakout! The spots I had on my face have in fact calmed down on my face, however on my chest they are still really sore and painful. They are raised, swollen lumps with a green sticky liquid that is coming out. I went to my local GP and she prescribed me at first Oxytetracyline 250mg two taken twice daily and then Flucloxacillin 500mg one taken four times daily. I have also tried Retin-A and just feel like I am fighting a losing battle.
I am looking for any advice that I should take. I have read Roaccutane is a brilliant drug however takes time and has a lot of side effects. However, the main from these spots, pimples or whatever they are on my chest are so sore I can barely wear a t-shirt!
I have uploaded a picture of my chest (hopefully it works).
Let me know what you guys think. Many thanks. Gary

It doesn't really look like acne more of an infection or an allergy towards something. I remember a kid at school had the same sort of issue and it was an allergic reaction to some anti biotics that he had taken.
I wouldnt't really consider roaccutane yet until you have seem a derm or your gp.
Thanks,
Jay

Accutane is a strong drug and it is used as a last resort type of thing. What topicals and diet changes have you tried?
Good Luck with everything

Been to see the GP again today and she has said I've got Severe Infected Cystic Acne and she is getting in touch with my dermatologist because I have not responded to antibiotics or treatments. I think the next step is Roaccutane for me. Doctor ringing me back later. Will update what she said later. Thanks guys.

Just thought I would give you a update on how I got on at the Dermatologist today.
I've been prescribed Lymecycline 408mg once a day (also known as Tetralysal and Tetracycline). Although I have only been prescribed to take it once a day, I am going to take two tablets a day as I have been prescribed four months worth. Has anyone been on this drug before? Have they seen results? How long does it take?
I have also been prescribed Dermol 500 lotion to use as a soap substitute.
I have another appointment to see the Dermatologist in the middle of September and if there isn't any improvement, they are going to prescribe me Roaccutane.
I will keep you all posted on how I am getting on with this antibiotic. Again, any feedback is appreciated!

every time I took it made me feel so nauseous
typical side effect really but I knew I had to stop taking it when I couldn't even eat anything without fear of spewing it all over the place...
how's that mental image for you? LOLS
but yeah maybe you're not as sensitive as I was D:! I HOPE NOT @__@;;!

Thanks for that image haha!
To be honest, I only started these antibiotics yesterday and I already feel a little bit off my food. There has been no improvement with my skin so far however I am fully aware it may take weeks - months to see any improvement. I might post some pictures up in a week or 2 to see if there has been any changes. I am not too bothered by the fact it may take a while to clear up however, the pain is horrible! Therefore, I am taking loads of pain killers at the moment!
