This graphic from NAturalnews.com shows that we should add infrared sauna, and tamarind to our list of things to look into. Along with magnesium, C, iodine, etc.

Anyway, I've been drinking predominantly super filtered water to avoid flouride since sometime in the summer and I believe my vision has improved. I used to not be able to read anything for the first few hours of waking. My eyes wouldn't focus on text. At least, not close up. Now I can.

Status: Clear after 30 years. Wow, I guess it's been 6 years, now.

[ Story: Severe Acne since I was 10. 10+ years of Dermatologists, Antibiotics, topicals and ACCUTANE did nothing. Discovered oranges triggered the worst of my cystic acne = about 70% improvement. Tried some nutrient supplements like B-complex with zinc and C, saw palmetto and a BHA like the aspirin mask = more improvement, a lot less oily. Then, Diet changes = Clear.

Regimen: Anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense, blood sugar stabilizing diet and supplements (for hormones, inflammation, aging, health). No soap or other cleanser except for hand washing! Water only or Oil cleanse. Aloe Vera mixed with niacinimide and a high linoleic acid oil for moisturizer and reduce pigmentation.

Diet effects acne in so many ways: hormone balance, inflammation, Insulin levels, digestion, allergies and intolerances, liver function, adrenal function, SHBG levels, sebum quality, cell function and turnover, nutrient deficiencies, body fat, etc. Basic advice: Eat, sleep, supplement and exercise like you are a diabetic. And eat real food!

I intend to revise this into a coherent useful article, but for now, I'm just posting it here so I can close some of the dozens of tabs I have open before my browser crashes.

Flouride disrupts collagen synthesis and more

The Mercola article is about the flouride in many prescription drugs especially antibiotics, but also mentions several that people take on an ongoing basis to 'manage' chronic conditions. Prozac for example and several others with familiar names.

Fluoride exposure disrupts the synthesis of collagen and leads to the breakdown of collagen in bone, tendon, muscle, skin, cartilage, lungs, kidney and trachea.

It also misdirects the use of calcium in the body, leading to the calcification of soft tissues. Such as the pineal gland that regulates various biorythms including the seratonin/melatonin cycle. Why people can't sleep as they get older, amongst other things.

Factors controlling calcification in vitro: Fluoride and magnesium

Also increase your need for calcium for your bones. We do not have calcium deficiencies here and there's no need to supplement! We do things that disrupt the body's normal use of calcium and we are deficient in other minerals needed for bones, such as magnesium.
