My acne wasnt even that bad before I started researching about it and trying to make it better.
Ive researched about diet and skin care products trying to make a positive change to my skin and overall health, and everything I try has made it worse.
Every single pore in my fucking face is blocked with a whitehead, blackhead, pimple, sebacous filament etc... from trying a product that was suppose to fucking unblock pores and heal acne.
I havent got a clue what products to use anymore because there is nothing that wont either dry out my skin more or block my pores more so im just using water, its getting worse by the day.
My skin is extremely dry, dehydrated, starting to get lines everywhere.
Ive tried to eat a healthy diet and now im hearing some of the foods im eating (almonds, walnuts, wholewheat) are severely inhibiting my body absorbing nutrients, the skin all over my body has gotten drier aswell. Ive stopped drinking milk aswell so Im getting virtually no calcium which isnt even getting absorbed anyway due to this.
My problem wasnt even that bad before I started researching it and now I have a serious skin problem my face looks fucking dry, horrible and covered in every fucking type of acne going.
Im severely depressed 24 hours a day, cant sleep, spent every second of every day thinking about my skin and researching what to do to make it better and after I start trying to make positive changes realize im actually making it worse in another way.
I really hate coming across so negative but trying to sort my minor acne problem out HAS RUINED MY LIFE WITHOUT A DOUBT.
FUCK THIS I WISH ID NEVER STARTED TO HEAL THE MINOR ACNE I HAD IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I really need help in everyway possible I feel like crying every second of every day because of all this.

I know it can be frustrating but the road to clear skin is often a long one, with lots of twists and turns you werent expecting! The best thing to do is stay calm and try not to panic.
You wont have damaged your skin permanently, so work out which products caused problems for you and stop using them! If you thought your skin was better before you could go back to the old ones for a while and start from square one again. Your skin will heal itself and go back to how it was if you arent using the products that caused the problem, you just have to be patient as they say 3 months is the time you try something out for.
As for the calcium issue, calcium is found in much better quantities in dark green veg...I am of the camp that believes we arent designed to process dairy products, and don't eat diary myself often. If you are really that worried, add it back in if you dont think excluding it benefitted you.
Eating a healthy and varied diet is good for you regardless. If you hear other people saying you shouldnt eat this or that for whatever reason, dont stress over it if you are. Most of it is based on what your body can take, it doesnt matter if something stops the absorption of something else when eaten together, as if you are eating widely and varied its unlikely to happen multiple times, and your body stores most nutrients. The best thing to do with diet is eat healthily and cut things out if you notice them breaking you out. Going beyond that takes some serious research and time, so just dont stress about it.
Head up. Breathe and couple of times and start thinking about fixing whats gone wrong, as stress wont help, and theres nothing you can do about any of it now. (Although I know venting on posts like this makes you seriously feel better!)

The trouble is my skin wont just go back to how it was because I haven't got the type of acne that just goes away. Mine is mainly blocked pores under the skin that ive read is far harder to treat than other types of acne as it is kind of ingrained into the skin. Ive read the forums about this type of acne and it seems noone has really got rid of it, and from all the pictures my pores seem 100X more blocked than most these people.
Hundreds of small red, yellow and white spots, blackheads, and thousands up on thousands of tiny clogges pores inbetween all these (which are definately permenant once formed). I dont know where to start.
I cant find any products that dont either clog pores more or make my skin more dry. so im not using any which just doesnt do any good at all. flakes of skin everywhere but I cant even exfoliate as this will just probably rub off a load of pimples and spread the bacteria.
It seems asif there isnt a product on earth for my skin type.
Ive researched pretty much 10 hours a day for weeks and am left with far more questions than answers. Im going to see a dermatologist in a few days but I cant see him giving me any advice which I havent read 1000x times already.
I understand how much of a miserable twat I must come across with this negative attitude but I just need to get my feelings out somewhere..
I havent left the house AT ALL in three weeks.
My life has had a complete turn around and I just wish I could go back but I cant.
Everyone is phoning and texting me every day wondering why they havent seen me and all im doing is ignoring them because I dont want anyone to see how fucked up my face looks.
I could go on all day about how I feel, I just need somebody to sit me down, have a look at my skin and sort me out some good high quality products for my skin type that will slowly start to unclog my skin but from what ive read about most dermatologist's on this site it seems highly unlikely this will happen.
This is the most trapped and alone ive ever felt in my life and ive gone into a severe state of depression 24 hour a day. Knowing my face will more than likely look simular to this for the rest of my life.

I know how it feels to not want to go out! I think everyone on here does. Just stick in there for a bit and I really am sure it will be better, and hey, if you've booked a derm appt you are doing something about it, and like I said, thats all you can really do.

Well seeing a derm is a really good idea, and I'm sure they will be able to give you some good advice having seen your skin. It's never as bad as you think btw. Also a lot of those tiny clogged pores that are sort of like grains of sand under the skin could be a reaction to something, and could well settle down. So dont believe they are permanent. At the end of the day your skin will completely turn around in 3 months, so in theory if it's not something your skin does on its own naturally, and was due to a product, it really should go away. I suspect a good chemical peel type thing, like a high percentage salicylic acid mask could help too, might be worth asking the derm.

Thank you for your kind words, I really wish I could look on this in positive way.
I would do absolutely anything to go back to the point where I knew nothing about any of this, Every single product Ive bought and every single diet change ive made has had a negative impact on my skin. That is no over reaction, my skin was so much better than this before I started trying to make it better, I feel like im in some kind of fucked up nightmare thats never going to end and its a struggle to get through life, Ive lost every ounce of confidence and hapiness II ever had and cant bare the thought of anybody looking at me.

Go to a good dermatologist and see if laser treatment is an option.
Ive got an appointment with one on friday, but ive got no way of knowing if hes any good or not.
Ill find out about all the different treatments but theres so many stories about people having lazers and peels and their skin ending up in a worse state.
Plus the fact you would have to cake your face in moisturizer after these any everything seems to clog up the pores in my face even more if thats even possible.
But ill find out what the options are.
I dont see how something like this could have affected my life in this way.

Simply wash your face with oatmeal and use a moisturizer. A pea size amount, rub it a little between your palms and then press it on your face and massage gently until it is all absorbed. IT WONT DRY OUT YOUR FACE AT ALL AND IT DOEAS MIRACLES for sensitive skin! In fact, oatmeal is great for all skin types! Please try this and you'll see the results yourself. You have nothing to lose! Try to wash your face ONLY with oatmeal day and night followed by a moisturiser for a week and your skin will thank you a lot!
About food...eat WHATEVER YOU WANT. Even sweets but not in HUGE quantities! Your body needs every bit of proteins and other stuff that are found in food. Telling somebody that only a certain food is good is the worst thing ever! So EAT NORMAL!
When you'll be back to "normal" and gentle to your face your skin will show it. AND try not to search information about acne AT ALL that week!
FIGHTING!
