I have got bad skin. acne. I'm thinking it would be classed as moderate or mild I always have something on my face, usually between 5 and 15 spots. Whiteheads,or the ones with no head. black heads, uneven skin. now and again I get it under control and finally have nothint active on my far just either dead spots..red marks..or brown.marks, but then it just comes back, one spot at a time or I can wake up and have lots. I tried bp,ibuprofen gel, aha, tea tree,I use eurcerin cleanser. i eat well drink lots of water and cleanse twice a day. use jojoba also. I have hormonal problems. spots are always around my mouth and chin. forehead. between eyebrows. I can't afford to try the regimen right now due to not working and being a single mum. I'm not sure what to try next. its getting me down and makes me not want to go out and stuff. my face is sore too. i dont know what to try next or what to do.
have also tried s.a,and general face washes and spot treatments ect. its not severe acne but its so bloody persistant. I'm also on cerazette contraceptive pill

I've started a new regimen. cleanse with eurcerin cleanser. apply bp,length of my middle fingers worth diluted with water. allow to soak. apply Apple cider vinegar. allow to soak. apply aha mixed with a little jojoba oil. spots have almost gone already after two days of doing it so I hope it works.

Oh, and in order to control it I just eat a healthy diet and do face mask regularly (these help a lot). I don't have any creams or such that I use regularly, except if i do get a pimple or something I use bp. Not that it helps much but it's better than nothing. Otherwise I use a night cream that I just started, but nothing for the day time yet!

What kind of spots are almost gone and what part of your new regimen is new? Also, just wondering which AHA you are using.

I thought it might be a bit much but once the brown spots have gone I will stop the vinegar and just use aha twice a week I think. it is horrible isn't it,no break from it,or starts to look a lot better them its back and its worse. what are you using at the moment have you found anything that does work? x thanks for the reply
Right now honestly I'm all over the place I don't even know what to use anymore so I'm basically stuck. Lol. I'm currently washing my face with oatmeal and moisturizing with aloe vera. I started using bp today. So wish me luck! Lol I used African black soap I had bought a couple days ago, and it gave me bumps all over my face. :/ not cool. But it could be worse I guess. But I know how you feel, u just want to find something that just works. I like doing masks, waaaayyyy too much i believe lol
