ive had acne for over 4 years and when it started it was not so good but what i have notices is that with age is gotten a lot better.
i have seen a dermatolog and he had prescribed me before tazorac and a few other pills.
on a scale 1-10 how bad my acne is i would say about 2.5 3 . well to make story short , i went to see derm again and he prescribed me some pills again and tazorac, he offered me to take accutane and i denied it to him and told him not to ask me again. i told him im not even sure if i should take these pills that you gave me now (dynacin 100mg and fluconazole 200mg) because all ive been taking before i said was antibiotics and i dont want to mess my system up so ive been off them for 1 year and i dont know if i should take them again. he said i have face fungus.. and he prescribed me tretinoin 0.025% , i asked him should i apply it all over the face and he said yes,
now
-should i take the pills, i workout will that make me lose weight?
-can face fungus be treated and is it worse than acne
-my face isnt bad at all, i dont know with what eyes does he judge me.
-should i apply tretinon all over my face everynight? i havent used anything on my face such as tazorac for months.

I would take the Fluconazole because if it works, then you know it was a fungus. If it doesn't work then you know it wasn't. if it is a fungus you can effectively kill it off permanently with Fluconazole.
I would not take the Dynacin. Antibiotics are only short-term solutions and have a lot of side effects.
Tazorac is very strong. I would not apply it more than once every 3 days max, and start out applying it only once a week for 2 weeks.
