depends if you mean drain them ? usually you need a specialized equipment a very fine needle , if you just pop them theres chance of scaring ;/ even with draining them theres a chance of scaring also... depends how good you can heal ><
and if you squeeze them they can spread under the surface to other areas and cause infection D: so yeah

from personal experience, yes you can. But i wouldnt advise it just because nodular acne is a b**** to get rid of, doing so may and probably will aggravate the acne making it look more red and swollen. it will also be sore to the touch not for a few hours but maybe for days on end. theres also the risk of scarring, so if you do attempt to please be careful. honestly you should only really pop a pimple if you see the white head but its all up to you. Your body, your choice.

Don't do it, all you'll end up doing is getting yourself into is a horrible fight in the mirror while you scrape away at your skin!

Cysts yes. Nodules.... I wouldn't really recommend it. You can try to drain them ( usually by poking a little hole ) which may help a little. But mostly unless there is puss in there you don't want to pick. It just keeps causing swelling and might tear the skin. The best thing to do with a nodule is to resist touching it until anything surfaces or it slowly shrinks.

JUST. LEAVE. IT. I got a few scars from where I tried to drain a nodule. You will just make it more irritated and it will be bigger, more noticeable and it may make it take even longer to heal. It will come up in time. I know it's tough, but your skin will thank you!

Ahhh don't pop them...don't squeeze them in any way. They are the worst to deal with - just let them heal on their own. Mine are painful, so I usually poke a tiny hole into them, steam my face, wash my face, and then apply BP. It seems to deflate them without leaving a scar. As a type this I'm sitting here with BP slathered on my face trying to make them go away ASAP. But I'm desperate as I'm a substitute teacher and don't want to go into a classroom full of children while covered in acne.....
