I am truly confused about what types of scars I have, most of them I think are rolling scars, but I have like little holes in places that I think are ice pick scars but seem pretty shallow. My skin feels baby smooth to the touch. The pics don't help much but I'll post them anyways.

I just finished a five month course of accutane and I have been left with some insane redness and scarring which sucks but its better than active pimples all over the place I guess!

Ive been off accutane for 2 weeks and plan to start using AHA after another 2 weeks, any other tips? Thanks!

It's hard to evaluate scars when you take picture of them with a light source that is dead-on. You need a side-light so you can see the shadows of all the crevices.

i cant really see scarring, it just looks like hyper pigmentation which will eventually fade away on its own after a few months....

Here are some updated pictures..not much better but AH I want to be able to get a better picture! My skin feels smooth for the most part but some parts feel raised and some feel a bit indented, and theres tons of little holes that aren't deep - enlarged pores or ice pick scars?

I recommend 2 rounds with a Fractional CO2 laser like Deep FX, Fraxel Repair, or Mixto.
Getting rid of acne scars is not cheap by any means, good luck!

Ah, so I can see the groove-like scars, now.
I also see that you're a generally pink-skinned guy, kinda like me.
Hard to tell from the lighting, but I'd say that, generally, my scars were similar to yours, if worse. I'd been undergoing Mixto (an ablative fractional laser) along with subcision. It's been working so far, so I would recommend something like that, a combo treatment.
That being said, you should get multiple consultations from dermatologists to figure out the best option(s) for you. All the consultations should be free. If it's not, just skip that doctor and move on, he's not worth your time. After you get a bunch of opinions, you'll have a better idea of what to do for your scars and (potentially) which doctor you'll want to choose to start fixing them. Six months will be plenty of time to get comfortable with what your options are.
Best of luck.
