I would suggest reading peoples logs. Most people start on a lower dosage to check they arent going to have a reaction to the medication, to reduce the initial breakout, and to get their body used to the drug. They then up it in the second month.
As you can see I went from 20mg to 50mg, the effects have been that my lips are getting dryer, and for the first few days I was exhausted all the time (I got that with 20mg too). My skin is breaking out baddd, and I think that has come from the increased dose, because 20mg is pretty low, even for my body weight,

I expect with an extra 10mg difference though you wont notice many changes straight away, accutane is all about overall dose so it will make a difference in the long run, even if you dont feel it.

Iv read people's logs. I thought of just starting my own. My face got red today being my second day on 50 mg but my acne got better. And my skin has gotten a little drier. So I would say I noticed a slight difference. How many days have u taken accutane for exactly?
