I have been taking 50mg of zinc daily, along with 500mg of niacin and 10,000 IU of vitamin A. The zinc I started a week ago, but already it seems to be making a difference. A couple deep pimples are shrinking, and the couple new ones I've had since then have only been tiny whiteheads. Even some deep ones on my back are healing nicely.
Other than a possible iron deficiency, are there any other dangers? I think I can recognize an iron deficiency; I get restless legs at night.
