Should i moisturise scabs? I did so, but when i cleansed it fell of and left a whole in the face. What can i do? Should i apply something to help regenerate the skin??

I don`t moisturise my face, only sometime but not very much
please help

It's fine to moisturize them. If the wound created a hole in your face, the moisturizer won't change that, but it will help your skin heal a bit.
