I finished around a week ago and my dermatologist just sent me off...told me absolutely nothing! I have a ton of redness and am forming what I think is millia all over my forehead! I use cetaphil to wash my face, i have tretinoin cream from before accutane, should I use it?

A lot of people use a Tretinoin product post Accutane as maintenance.

You shouldn't have to use it everyday, only a couple-few times every week.
