I haven;t myself...but i don't think there's a MASSIVE MASSIVE diffrence with the type of green tea you drink is there?.

Yes and no. All the store brands are relatively the same. Then you get the loose leaf and the expensive loose leaf. The expensive ones may not taste better as that's a personal preference, but as far as the benefits like anti-cancer, there is no comparison. They naturally have a higher concentration of all the good stuff that's in green tea, hence the price.

To offset the cost you don't have to drink as much, 2-3 glasses compared to about 30 of the store bought stuff to get the same benefits.

Well i drink store green tea mixed with black tea and have seen a MASSIVE diffrence in 6 day's alone

NO...yes NO BACNE...100% clear now since i started drinking green tea (had mild bacne before the green tea 6 day's ago)

My red marks are healing (I SHIT YOU NOT!)...my skin is smoother and have less acne in acne prone areas (for me that is)
