I'm in my early 30's and for the past few years I have been getting cystic type nodule acne. I had a huge one on my chin a few years back that left a really good scar but this new one is making me crazy.

I started feeling a lot of pressure like sinus almost (right under my eyebrow on the side of my nose) then noticed a zit forming so I cleaned the spot (I usually use a mix of apple cider vinegar and water or lemon juice)... The zit was there I never picked at it just kept it clean I thought it was going away.

Then over night it got bigger (maybe a little smaller or close to nickel size) and my eye started to swell the lower corner into my eyelid and underneath my eye a little. I really don't want to go to the DR for this. I eat relatively healthy (no wheat, eggs, dairy) I consume fruits and veggies, sometimes use olive oil, and I enjoy coffee... I try to drink 6 glasses of water a day however I know sometimes I slip on that and don't get as much help...

I took an antihistamine in hopes of it helping with the swelling I also tried a warm wash cloth and ice both helped to reduce the swelling a little. I just want clear skin!

Ugh, I have one of those as I call it Atomic Pimple on my forehead. Im 41 and I started getting those in my late 20's, but I feel for ya big time and I just want clear skin too.

Coffee = caffeine = aggravated insulin response = might as well be downing bags of sugar = acne.
