do you know if emu oil is better than rosehip oil?Use some emu oil to moisturize or look into some african black soap wit Shea butter and vitamin E. Nubian heritage is the brand. I'm beginning to love it and I've only used it for 3 nights.

I think the most important thing is just to leave your skin alone for a little while and just pamper it. Remember that it might take days or weeks for it to get back to normal.

I used manuka honey masks every night for a week straight. Manuka honey is usually a really amazing natural exfoliator but I obviously left them on for too long and too often cause I did it for over an hour each night. What did you do to over exfoliate? My advice is to apply aloe Vera gel and give your skin a breather. If you use oils, go light on the application.
My skin is pretty raw and irritated right now, but I have been applying aloe constantly for the last day, and I was going to pick up some emu oil tomorrow, I'm just hoping I can get it back to normal in a week or two and that this won't last for months.
