Hey guys, I was just wondering if you experience certain break outs on certain parts of your face/body with certain foods. I ALWAYS break out on my chin with cystic acne, occasionally on my nose with cystic acne as well or just smaller ones that still hurt and very rarely on my forehead. I also very rarely break out on my jawline but when I do it's on my right side, probably from my pillow or the way I shave. I also have a very oily T-Zone. I've always had at least one active one every day of my life so I'm trying to think of foods that I have every day. I'm Italian so I'm thinking gluten/wheat products but we'll see. Thank you!

It does, yes, but diet/food definitely influences hormones and so hormones does play a role in the severity of acne.

Yes. My intolerance to citrus fruit tends to produce cysts in specific parts of the face. Including the chin.
