Hi, Can I Combine The Accutane With Selenium, Or Glutathione?

Hi all, i'm a newbie here ..

I've been on accutane like about 10-11 weeks now,
Kind of wondering, can i take my accutane with selenium, or zinc, and or glutathione?
Coz i acctually have a weak immunity, and taking the accutane seems to weaken my body.
