i have severe scars man so the benefits of laviv were minuscule at best..im going to keep trying tho! i think the only thing that will help me will be stem cell fat grafting or recell and deep lasering/subcision

zavvi-Have u had any scar treatments?? have u tried recell?

i like the results of fat grafting but the results aint permant but if you are willing to get it done every 3 till 6 months i think you maybe happy maybe continual application may make the results quite good overtime.

at this point I'm willing to try anything at least once.for me stem cell fat grafting makes the most sense and if it does require continual application for a while thats okay too. but since its not available just have to keep waiting……...saywhat.gif

i totally feel you man…it's extremely DREADFUL to deal with scars day in and day out but that being said i do see the light at the end of tunnel..some people may think I'm crazy but here is how i see it happening..im absolutely confident that recell will be approved in U.S next year and that should allow most mild-moderate acne scar sufferers to have good results ... and then the following year with celution being approved it should allow most moderate-severe scar sufferers to have some good results as well..then when u combined the standards treatments with all the newer treatments it will only enhance the results...

if my assumptions stands true and surely if the treatments that i mentioned give the improvements I (and most doctors) expect, acne scars will be treatable to the point where it is tolerable and a whole lot easier to cope with....of course this may not occur the way i predict but we must remain hopeful and remember time is on our side.. looking forward 5-10 years from now newer and more effective treatments will flow out such as acell, hydrogel, 3d skin printing, newer stem cell treatments etc…..

waiting for recell to be approved in the U.S really does feel like an eternity.. lol never ceases to amaze me how sluggish and burdensome the fda can be..if it weren't for them recell would have been on the market for a long time now and same goes for the celution machine..

How much do you predict a ReCell treatment would cost?

Honestly, 2 to 3 K seems worth it if the results I've seen on these forums are actually genuine.

Would you not consider traveling to the U.K. to have it done?

trust me I've thought about this many times.. just right now I'm way too busy with work and can't afford to take at least a week or 2 off. maybe down the road but frankly I think it will be approved here very soon..im thinking early or mid 2015..
