Week 25 Day 4

So guess what everyone! I got a little bit of bad news recently. I was running out of my BP. so I started using less than one pump until my shipment arrived and I got 5 pimples in two days!! WTF!! I cant believe that crap haha. Thankfully I got my new Bp and have started back at two pumps, which cleared those pimples in about a week. It is so crazy that my skin reacted the way it did.

Well anyway I hope everyones journey is going strong, remember be positive and give everything time.

Week 26 Day 3 Update:

No pimples since switching to two full pumps of BP. THis is just wonderful because I would a a pimple here and there which was annoying when I was using one pump. On Saturday I did my 13th Peel, and my skin is currently is the peeling process. After the peeling impedes I will update another picture so that you can see the continued progress on my face and witness the power the these in home chemical glycolic peel. :)

Anyway, I hope everyone is well. Much love from me.

Seeing your results makes me wish I had never stopped BP. I was perfectly clear but foolish me still wasn't happy! Strongly considering starting again, because as you say, it had huge impact on my confidence.

Hello SweDan :)

Why did you stop using BP? And yes it plays the biggest role in my confidence. I consider myself a good looking person now that my acne is finally gone. What is your situation with your skin at the moment?

Week 26 Day 5 Update:

My skin is dry. Meh. Dry. I know it is because I am using a lot of BP but I hate why its so dry!!! Do not get me wrong I am happy not to have pimples of course, but this is just an annoying symptom of using the regimen. I wonder if there is anything I can do to get rid of the dryness?

***Also me update picture is coming soon :)

I don't know how quoting works on the phone (on a long trip), but I quit for two reasons, I guess. First, Panoxyl was discontinued. Since I can't import Dan's BP, my only 2.5 BP was removed. Second, I couldn't get my skin used to BP after restarting it in the summer. I burned my face in the sun and after that the problems began. Thus I kooked into green tea again. While it helps a little, it's not enough. Acne seems to appear mainly in the area between the mouth and chin. I get some large spots and sometimes I'm in pain from them. I want to give BP another go when I get home, with a 5% gel. Not optimal, but I have hope. Even if I'll face some problems, it's far better than my current status. I should clear up pretty fast from experience. Might start a log. At least I will update how it goes somehow.

Where do you live that you cannot import Dan's Products? And panoply is of higher concentration, so you might have to wait double the time that if took you to get used to the 2.5% BP or even more. What you mentioned that your face burned in the sun??? Well that is because BP makes you extremely sensitive to the sunlight outside, and so sunscreen with SPF of at least 30 is a absolute must in this case. I would not even dream of leaving the house without it!!!! haha!!! as for the green tea, I used it for a while, however it just is not strong enough to defeat the acne that I had at the time….I am sure if you give the 5% a couple months to get used to the skin and use plenty of moisturizer, and the separate SPF on top of that. You can also purchase Jojoba oil or AHA. If you mix this is with you moisturizer you will see that your skin is not as dry! I use both and love that i makes my skin super soft.

And definitely start a post! You can inspire people and be positive through your journey! I would also recommend updating pictures of your progress like I have, you will be surprised of how great you feel when you do :)

Good Luck with everything, and if you have any more questions, you know where to find me!

Week 29 Day 6

I did yet another at home peel with my 50% glycolic, and from the purging process of the peel I have two small pimples…Nothing to worry about though..because they go away really fast! My face is looking better and better every week and now I am on track to do another peel two weeks from tomorrow. I am sticking to every three weeks because it takes my skin roughly a week to completely peel the first layer and then i give my skin time to develop the newly formed skin. This is really important to know for people thinking of doing peel, especially when you start with 40-50% peels.

I am so much more confident since starting acne.org and I could not say enough positive things about this site and the products offered by Dan….:)

Love you all,

Good Luck with everything, and if you have any more questions, you know where to find me!

Apparently it's a gamble to import BP from the US to Sweden, so I'd rather not risk it (imagine running out and have the next order taken by customs). And yeah, I thought SPF15 would be enough, but it wasn't. I will be more careful in the future, lesson learned.

Face isn't looking as bad as I feared, so at the moment I'm considering trying nothing. But I bet something will show up that will change my mind soon, heh. I'll have to work with what's available, simple as that. Gonna see if I can pick up some BP tomorrow, just to get ready for an upcoming disaster. If I do start, I'll probably start a log and take photos (won't show them though - just for the sake of seeing my own progress).

Thanks for the kind words, really gives me hope that this is the way to go for me. It's worked wonderfully before, so there should be no reason why it couldn't again.

I undertsand not taking the risk of imputing the BP, and you said you face is doing well now so I guess you do not have to much to be conceded about. Have you every heard of tee tree oil for your face. I heard it was really good at killign the bacteria that causes acne and I bet could help you in preventing a big breakout sometime in the future, (hopefully you never get one thought:P)

I have used it, but since my acne is very severe it could not do much i to combat it, but since you do not have my case of acne i think you could benefit greatly from using it. You can purchase it form health food places and on the web easily and make sure that it is 100% tree tree oil. Use a cotton ball and rub it all over you face, not in the eyes of course :) and do that twice a day after you cleanse your face!!!

I have also heard that taking saw palmetto can greatly help you acne. It is a supplement! I am going to purchase the next time I am at the store, I definitely think you should do some research in regards to both of them and see with you would like to give a try to, or you could just do both at the same time :P

And you are welcome! Message me any time, and left me know how things are going !

I've heard both yay and nay regarding TTO, but I have been curious about it. Perhaps I will try it before BP. Whether I'll do nothing, go for BP, or try TTO, I will let you know how it goes. Meanwhile, keep encouraging others because the Regimen really works.

Hey hun!  So happy to hear that you are doing sooooo well.  Yuor log gives me hope that if i choose to do the regimen, it may help my persistant acne that seems resistant even to accutane.  It seems just like yesterday i was reading about the beginning of your journey.  Good Luck in school and your personal life.  Keep us posted!

Like month 10 Update? lol….it can been a long time hasn't it ;)

I have been very busy with my school semester, but I am back now!!! Missed everyone :)

So to the update: I am still 100% clear! My spots are 85% gone and I am hoping in another 3-4 months they will be completely gone. I still do the regimen every day and night, however i can get by with using less than a pump for each instead of the full amount i was using in the beginning. This is great of me :) (I would not recommend cutting the amount until you have been in the regimen for quite some time, like 6-8 months because the skin does like it, at least mine did not when i cut back early)

Anyway, message me people, I miss ya all and want to know how you are all doing. I have not gotten clear only to leave this site ;)
