Try Tea Tree Oil its very effective at killing the Acne Bacteria. I suggest you use a Tea Tree Oil wash to cleanse your face and a moisturizer that has anti bacteria properties. Some that I know of are Aloe Vera, Jojoba Oil

It's not a cream, but an alternative topical solution

Something with tea tree oil or even organic raw honey is anti bacterial.

I have recently had good results using a sulfur based cleanser called Prascion for about the past 4-5 weeks. It contains sodium sulfacetamide (10%) and sulfur (5%). It was prescribed to me by derm and I'm not sure if similar stuff is available OTC. BP does not agree with me either. Makes my face red and irritated which seems to result in breaking me out.
