I've always had acne/comedonal acne, but with in the pay few days i'm breaking our in tiny red bumps all over my face! mostly my forehead, but i just noticed i'm breaking out on my chest and back in little bumps too. i looked online and it looks like allot of things. what could this be? acne? chlorine rash? heat rash? out folliculitis?.
