Hey everyone... I'm a 27 year old young lady suffering from back acne scars since 13. I'm feeling very frustrated and desperate to get rid of this once and for all. I have light brown skin and my acne on the back has left a ton of dark spots. I only have one or two raised scars which I'm not concerned about, but the rest are flat but darker in colour. I really want to get rid of this because I want to wear tank tops. I want to be able to wear a dress without wearing something on top to cover my back. I want to be able to swim at the beach without wearing a lame t shirt.

I'm seriously depressed over this. I always envy those who have nice perfect backs, while I have this disgusting acne scar filled back. I'm going to get married in two years, and I want to wear a dress that shows my back. I don't want to cover up. I'm really tired of covering up... :/

Is there any way to get rid of these dark spots on my back???? Any success stories at all? I've been googling like a mad man searching for a success story, but no luck, which makes me feel completely hopeless.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't break out on my back that much any more. It's just the damn scars that is ruining my self esteem ;/

You could try to exfoliate your skin ón your back and then use a cream afterwards. Its also good to prevent further breakouts.
Have you considered laser? This could also be a suggestion for scars.

I've been exfoliating and using a peel this past week and applied tea tree lotion afterwards. I will keep trying for the next few months and see how it goes. If it works I will definitely post it on here. I have considered laser but only as a last resort as it's really pricey. Thanks for your input
