Hey dude, I don't know about all the detox stuff, but a lot of people here talk about cleansing themselves to clear up. Whenever I've gotten clear, it really didn't involve any of that, but who knows, it may work for you..

You should try the Regimen on this site. It uses 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide. You can get it here or as Neutrogena On-The-Spot at your local drug store (walgreens, walmart, cvs) It works pretty well. If it's severe, I would consider seeing a skin specialist! (Doctor, dermatologist)

I would rather use B.P. and what not than some 2 in 1 toner... that probably uses salicylic acid which is effective against like...middle schooler's acne probably. not very effective against real pimples.

Like you say, you're probably taking and doing too much at once, going over your recommended daily allowance of supplements, vitamins and minerals can't be good for you - I don't think it will seriously harm you I really don't want to worry you but your body will absorb vitamins and minerals naturally if you follow a well-balanced healthy diet. If you know for sure which vits/mins you are lacking in, then a supplement would be beneficial but if your body takes more than it needs it has to excrete the excess as waste. I'd also like to add that certain herbal/fruit teas have a naturally cleansing/detoxing effect there are so many different blends to choose from just check on the packaging to make sure they are suitable for you if you have any health restrictions. I know some taste grim but most are actually quite nice.

I agree with other posters that too much too soon is a bad idea. Especially when it comes to detoxes. Sometimes the body will freak out if you go from one extreme to the next. Before you do a full detox, why not try foods that detox such as warm water and lemon in the morning and incorporating green smoothies in your day. that way your body slowly goes through changes. Try to cut back on dairy and see if that helps in anyway. The probiotics, zinc, fiber and vitamin D should not be as big of an issue.

as for skin care, i have not used the products that you mentioned but start off slow and give it 3 months before you decide if it is working or not. Sometimes with severe acne, it is not so much what you put on your skin as much as what you put in your body that matters

Good Luck!

@HelpMeh

How log did you have this condition?
Did this thing you mentioned help? Did you notice any difference?

As far as I know detoxifying is a very nasty process when done in a wrong way. Who recomended this to you? Did you consult a holistic doctor?
