Too Many Supplements?

Morning:

3 x omega 3

1 x vitamin C

1 x B complex

1 x Vitamin D-3

2 x Saw palmetto 

1 x Niacin

1 x Pantothenic acid

1 x vitamin A

1 x vitamin E

1 x Vitex

1 x Green tea extract 

1 x Reishi

5 x Spirulina

Evening:

1 x Zinc

2 x vitamin D3

2 x saw palmetto

1 x Reishi

1 x green tea extract

1 x Vitex

5 x Chlorella

I forgot to write up the amount for each supplement..they are just standard portions. Can taking too many supplements reduce the effect for some of these?

depends on the body, some things are more absorbed than others...assimilation is a whole other argument though.

A lot of the vitamins you are taking are water soluble, so you're just going to urinate what your body doesn't need. I can't say whether you're taking too much, because you didn't include the dosage amount.

I recommend you take powder to liquid nutrition, which is what I do and has cleared me.
